This is one of those, it feels like relatively few, things that is the responsibility of individual member states still.

I can personally vouch for Mexico. I live here and you can walk into any pharmacy and as long as they have it in stock, you can buy it. Some of the prices, at least where I live, are out of whack. For example 50mg Deca is $30 an amp. Also all the ancillaries are OTC here, but again, prices. It's cheaper for me to buy Liquid Letro rather than real letrozole.
I wish the US would get their heads out of their asses and allow better access to medicines like here in Mexico. Narcotics and antibiotics are really the only things you need a script for, and those two categories make sense - addiction and antibiotic resistance.
You forgot Romania (or somehow this "list" omitted) - Where the brand Naposim (Dbol) is available on walk in and no script in every corner drug store... Also country of manufacturer original origin - me thinks..

AAS are legal to possess and use in the UK but are illegal to sell, and will be confiscated if ordered via the Internet, they can only be imported in person.
Do you have any info on the importation laws? I ask because recently I was researching what could be imported into the US, and the burden of proof was on the consumer. As I understood it, it was a judgement call on the part of the FDA person to decide if you should be let in with it or not. There was no mention on what happened if they denied your request. ie you have say 6 amps of testosterone and they deny you, would you be charged with trying to import a controlled substance, or would you just have to forfeit it.
