My one has the best packaging and seems to be good quality, my other who I did trust more doesn't have best packaging but all can scam so unless you know them personally ,, and that isn't even a guarantee,, I say there has to be some risk taken ...
I also would never buy domestic since you still take a risk and prices are ridiculous ..
