Legs and Bodypart of Choice Focus Split

I got this from someone I know.
It's what we're running.
I'm running Back Focus for Now.

Legs and Bodypart of Choice Focus Split
So this is alot of Legs, and bodypart of choice with higher frequency (every 4 days instead of 5).

Legs can be broken into one that has Quad Focus Legs and next Leg Day is Posterior Focus Legs. I still recommend a Leg Press on each day as well. Heels higher for Posterior Leg Day, Feet lower pushing through balls or mid foot for Quad Leg Day.
Days off as Needed
Abs and Calves your day of choice.

If feeling like you have energy left at end of workout, add exercise for lagging bodypart at the end. Don't destroy it, but stimulate the lagging bodypart.

Another thing to consider, for recovery, not required.
If doing Arms and next day is Back, go a little easier on Biceps during Arm Day.
If doing Arms and next day is Chest and Shoulders, go a little easier on Triceps during Arm Day.
