I have always been continuous about bloods lipids, bp ast alt , c reactive all the important stuff, and have always done them, at least for the past 4 years min every 3-4 months but never payed attention because results are super minut.

I haven’t logged them or payed close attention to them at all over this he last 18 months Or so but have subconsciously been working at them. If that makes sense ?

I have bloodwork over years tracking mine, only because labcorp saves all labs online. My endo has never commented on my lipids,

But heres 2017 on a true TRT before cycles.

And heres my last bloodwork in May 2024 coming off a high NPP run with 200MG test c, running 200mg test c into TRT with a long trough to get test down (im well over 1k levels at 200mg)

Again, my endo is a sports specialist and has never commented on these besides saying I could run a lot of test off of these numbers lol

I dont have weight of the 2017 bloods but May was 260 not very good diet.

Its interesting, because in 2017 I was more on a BB diet and going more ham in the gym than I am now, iirc i was around 210 then and yet my bloods are worse.

My next bloodwork will be interesting to see, because I lost 60lbs and comparably my diet is super clean compared to May but I ran a huuuuge 3 month cycle to lose that 60lbs, so am I more healthy than May or not we shall see. I am thinking Tirz kept me alive, but I only have theories as Im retarded and was dropped as a child so no Readalot brain here lol

I feel like I need to show off my lipids on a 400mg test 100mg deca cruise and 10IU HGH

But let me wait for the final results cuz lab still has to send ApoB ApoA LpA etc.

Just a small sneak peek: 20 LDL
No statin or ezetimibe or any other cholesterol meds

I won’t go into details, but over the past four years, I’ve worked on improving my health, especially my lipid profile. Before 2020, it was always in perfect condition, but then everything went to hell. Now, though, things are back on track.

Bi annual urology labs. Pretty happy with these results. Shit ton of quality fish oil helps!!

@RekTest
2017 and 2024, 7 years apart.
Those hdl and ldl values are out of whack and very likely were so, throughout.
Rek, your heart and your arteries cannot be happy and I cannot believe a doctor will see this and tell you it's all fine and dandy.

Was the most recent the one above, almost a year ago?
In that case, go do it again.
If still along those lines, you have to improve on those numbers.

Food a bit gung-ho in the recent past, I know, so you will have to clean up what you eat, first. No?
And also you said you were on a "keto" diet and did no cardio, iirc

@BabaJagga
You also said your cholesterol was a bit elevated, due to what you eat.
What was it like?

Hdl from 30-60 naturally, every single thing I’ve read says that’s super had without meds or a statin, is the right ?
This is very good, Laclark89.
The changes in those values are brilliant.
Well done.

Was it all just down to altering your diet?
We know you have not been well and you have probably had to change what you eat in relation to your condition, too.
From 2023 to 2025, how has your diet changed, in general?
Have you introduced any food you previously were not eating or, viceversa, cut anything out, specifically?

LDL was 3,51 nmol/l or 135,73 mg/dl, not sure which are commom freedom units (jokin guys). Ref. range here is 1-3 nmol/l

I sent that to my doctor, she said its probably cause of milk products which i consume shitton of. Lot of curd, cheeses, milk, some whey. Told me its nothing to be concerned about.

So im good with it, i had EKG test last year due to one genetic disease that i have in my family. I had genetics tested and i dont have that gene in my dna, its effect is thickening of left valve/artery, im not sure what its called. basicly hyperthropy of hearth, my dad has that so i had it tested and my hearth is without issues, ekg test showed 0 problems.

This is a great thread. If I could recommend, for the people posting their cholesterol levels:

Are you on a cycle?
What did you do to make it go up/down? (diet, supplement, cardio, Rx)
Are you currently taking anything to make it go up down? (supplements, Rx)

I would love to hear about what guys are doing to optimize their cholesterol levels with or without the use of statins.

EDIT: Feel free to tell me this isn't the place for this or use the search function.

Thank you for replying.
I think it's a similar thing for @RekTest, who is also planning on getting his heart checked.

Glad to know all is good with you.
:)

Never had an issue with my lipids in the past, even on var and basic oral regiments my lipids always remained in check. Over the last 6 months, I've seen a steady increase in LDL with an equally consistent drop in my HDL, which is now becoming concerning. Diet hasn't changed much, if at all, tend to eat very healthy 95% of the time.

AAS Stack - 300mg TEST E, 200MG Primo, 100MG MastE weekly (been on this for about 5 months now) .. Also on 4IU of GH nightly, 5mg of Tirzepatide weekly for the positive metabolic effects.

Triglycerides and basic metabolic panel is all in check as well.

Only thing I can attribute this to is 600mg of AAS weekly has thrown my body out of homeostasis, but would love to hear some thoughts from the community.

Starting today I am adding in all the normal supplements to help with this specific related side effect: Citrus Bergamont, Ezetimibe, MK7/MK4, Pantothenic Acid, TUDCA, Niacin, Psyllium husk every night, etc

Appreciate everyones insight if you've gone through similar spikes during your journey.

A micro dose of rousovostatin and 5mg ezetimibe a day keeps my LDL at around 30.

A microdose of a statin which cost pennies will get rid of most LDL/ApoB problems and decrease CRP.
