Alright guys what's your choice of headphones for the gym?

I've gone through a few apple airpods and now Samsung galaxy buds 2 which lasted 3 or 4 years.

It's time to start looking for a new pair of headphones and im at a loss for sound quality these days

Ive had great luck with the galaxy buds 2 which actually lasted the longest but have heard mixed reviews on the new ones.

And dont tell me you just listen to the music at the gym you crazy fucks

I've heard good things about jbl earbuds. I don't actually use earbuds at the gym cause I'm one of the crazy fucks that just listens to the music at the gym lol

Haha I knew we had some sick fucks here. Funny enough I was just looking at some jbl headphones

I've always used the in-ear bud style but I've been considering the over ear ones

I would prefer over the ear. Sometimes the gym music is so loud I can hear it over my ear buds.

I just got the AirPods Pro 3 and they're good.

I've been using the AirPods Pro at the gym for some years now.

AirPods Pro 3 being delivered this afternoon. have used Jaybirds in the past, but airpods have been the go-to for a while.

For some reason I cant get longer than 2 years out of them, they always get distorted or just die around that 2 year mark.

i’ve had good luck i suppose. but also, i’ve lost or damaged them too. prob doing apple care on this new set.

For the gym I’ve used jbl, jaybirds, Sonys, Bose, cheapo ones. Some of the cheapo ones have been the best to be honest, hit or miss. The jbl and jaybirds both failed and were over 100.

I just switched over to apple last year and I got some AirPod pro 2s to match. They kickass. Such a good balance of everything. Sound good enough, good anc, good connectivity. If you have an iPhone, I wouldn’t consider anything else outside of cheap china or maybe the running ones that do bone conduction.

Yeah i don't have an iPhone lol, I've had 3 airpods die on me so far so a little hesitant to bother again lol

I use beats fit Pro. Active noise cancelling is pretty impressive I've missed people talking right at me. Also has a transparency mode for if I go for a run

the new headphones from nothing are pretty dang good, borrowed them from a buddy after my used china headphones died, and man they are comfortable, have great nosie cancellation, and pretty awesome sound.
expensive tho for a brand that prides itself for having such great affordability.
(phone equal to/better than top of the line iphones/google pixels for 1/3rd to 1/2 the price)

With Beats you’re really just paying for the name/aesthetic though. There are plenty of similar quality headphones with the same features that don’t cost as much.
Tbf I do agree but they're usually on sale and the quality for me is good for the £ I'm not too fussed paying for something that's guaranteed to be of a set standard

I got some noise canceling Jabra elite 8s. I originally got them because this piece of shit of a human being at work chews his gum like a god damn toilet plunger and I needed to block out the noise or I was going to kill him. Turns out they're not bad. Decent noise canceling, music sounds good and they stay in my ears during cardio. I've been happy with them.

The cheapie no name brand I got from Amazon have been a favorite. They were supposed to hold over until I found something I liked. They’re super comfortable, don’t move on runs, and the battery life is amazing. They go over the ear though. Bmani is the name, just looked and they’re $26. I rarely use my Bose anymore, because they feel gross when I sweat, and have my AirPods to my kid because they never fit right.

I ended up getting some jbl live 570nc on-ear style headphones, there was a 50% off sale so scored them for a good price.

I've always had the in-ear style so these style of headphones are new to me, there surprisingly really comfortable and sound quality is great.

Best part is they weren't very expensive with the half price sale, I wasn't sure if i would like them so it was a good time to take that risk with the sale
