I sent Liberty an email and received a response saying the email server is down and the email cannot be delivered. An order has been open for a week—I know everything is within normal timeframes. But I'm surprised that emails aren't being answered and are now no longer being delivered because the email server is down. Is there another way to contact Liberty?
