lifting after a shot of prop

whats up guys,
I am a few days into my cycle and was wondering about what yall do to get around the soreness that u get from injecting test propionate..so far I have been doing glute and quad shots because I trained legs before my first shot, but I would like to rotate injection sites, and my question is:

is it a good idea to train even if your muscle is very sore from a prop injection? I assume the injection pain will subside after my body gets used to it but would like some input on what to do till then

PS if there was already a thread on this topic plz post me a link to it- I looked but didnt see any.

Also, I have been running it at 100mg/ EOD, planning on switching over to 50mg/ED when I get more pinz, unless it is not necessary? what do you think?

thanks

i have been using 250 mgs of prop eod and i would suggest to work the muscle you inject into that day, shoot into your delts when you are going ot work shoulders, shoot into quads when you are goin to work quads, also another thing that really eases the soreness after injection take a hot shower and just massage the injection site with the hottest water you can stand running over it

Perfect!I love to do that, it works great.Best of luck to you dude.

Or switch to some prop that doesn't hurt. I'm doing HST so I work every BP anyway. Been using Univex and there's no pain with that gear..........11

Glad to hear that because I just got some prop for my next cycle frorm Univex, and I hate those big sore knots that prop causes for days.

After using QV prop. his prop is like butter. I shot it straight just to test it and you'd hardly know you did, well untill it kicked in anyway ;) ...........11

Bro, try shooting before your workout and not after. Before I started using pain-free prop that helped tremendously, maybe because it works it through the muscle and helps disperse it. But I think the bros are right--there are plenty of good UG labs offering dirt cheap, pain-free prop to make it a non-issue.

It is going to get better too... we have refined the recipe for even less BA and less pain. We are tinkering with all the products to make sure the minimum BA and BB is utilized. Less pain and less muscle damage from solvent build up.
