Im on a Mon/Wed/Fri lifting schedule given to me by AnimalMass. I also have Judo training on Mon/Wed/Saturday nights.

My question is, if i lift at noon on Mon & Wednesday, and i practice judo later on the same days around 6:30 pm, am i putting my body through too much? Do i have to change my lifting schedule around? Judo practice is about 2 hours long, and its definitely not easy. Is 6 hours enough break between both my training sessions on mondays & wednesdays?
 
I would try to do weight training on T/Th/Sa if possible. That way you will only catch one day of training with weights and Judo combined. I do Judo also, twice a week on Monday and Saturday. I do a three day split on the above days and it works fine. Judo is a demanding sport and I love it. I take Judo at a college and when the semester starts that is when I go to a three day split, in between semesters I do a four day split.:D

Well actually you said to do Weights Mon/Wed/Fri because at the time judo was on Tu/Thur/Sat. After starting the routine on Monday, that night Judo got switched to to Monday/wed/sat. Therefore i worked out twice on monday after following your instructions, because the judo schedule had changed after the fact.

I did follow your directions, but the schedule changed once i had already done my Mondays's weight training. Had no choice.
