For example, if you weigh 200lbs, multiply this by 1.5 and you should bench at least 300lb.

Just found this thread and wanted to weigh in. I'm around 220-225. Bench 405 (1.8x BW) and squat 565 (2.5x BW). Not bad considering I've never touched gear...
