So it seems, there is a light,

the controlling factor.. ...
Effort and Tension different, thought.. well, can be
combined
Continuous tension
Total effort .. last rep/reps
TUT .. which comes down to tension, with
time taken, into consideration
More work = Bigger muscles
I always did like power factor, only with
the full range reps
