I recently started taking a Lipo-B mixture with a couple other things in it. This is my first time doing SubQ injections as well.
I am using a 1 1/2inch 25ga needle because it's all I have currently. I pinch the skin of my belly insert the needle 1/4 inch of the way in and inject the solution. I have done it twice now and both times I have gotten a red spot about the size of a quarter dollar around the site. It doesn't hurt, I wouldn't have been noticed it if I wasn't looking. It stays a couple of days and fades. The 2nd time I went a little deeper and it was less visible and went away faster.
Has anyone had this happen? Is it normal or should I be concerned? I am stopping taking them for now. Any advice is appreciated
