Lipo-B normal reaction or no?

I recently started taking a Lipo-B mixture with a couple other things in it. This is my first time doing SubQ injections as well.

I am using a 1 1/2inch 25ga needle because it's all I have currently. I pinch the skin of my belly insert the needle 1/4 inch of the way in and inject the solution. I have done it twice now and both times I have gotten a red spot about the size of a quarter dollar around the site. It doesn't hurt, I wouldn't have been noticed it if I wasn't looking. It stays a couple of days and fades. The 2nd time I went a little deeper and it was less visible and went away faster.

Has anyone had this happen? Is it normal or should I be concerned? I am stopping taking them for now. Any advice is appreciated

Interested in hearing as well. Is this your first time using the mixture? If not, have you injected IM before?

The needle gauge is way too big. You can do with a 31 5/16 inch IMO. If you are going to pin again, I would wait until you get the insulin pins which btw you can go into any WalMart and request, no script needed.

I think it’s common with subQ injections

I do IM with B-12, Dragons Blood and Super Shredder with no issues at all. With the super shredder I inject the muscle I’m working that day bi-laterally because it’s L-carnitine, B-12, Lipo-b and Albuterol (bi-laterally because of the L-carnitine. With Dragons Blood I inject Delts, Quads or Pecs.
Try IM is my suggestion

Absolutely agree. I didn’t notice the needle size he’s using. Way too big
Insulin pens for sure
I use 29 1/2” for IM with these water based mixtures

@SippinCoffee
If your having trouble sourcing insulin needles try a diabetic supply company
Med Lab Supply is the one I use for insulin needles and many other items.
Quality items, fast shipping, good prices
Used to be able to order then on Amazon but about two years ago they stopped shipping to certain states

I knew the needle was not ideal. I was waiting to see if I was going to like it before I got a bunch of insulin needles. I'll try that and see if it helps.

Also I didn't realize I could do it IM. It was said to do it Subq so I just assumed that was my only option.

@Deskoze38192 you're using Stans dragon blood IM and having good results?
Yes sir
I use Stan’s Dragons Blood 2 weeks on/2 weeks off as preworkout (everyday for two weeks)
Before Stan came out with Dragons Blood I was using Super Shredder (still use it intermittently) it’s the same thing with L-carnitine added.
I prefer Stan’s because I have faith in his products and his Dragons Blood is 1/3 the price and larger quantity product, so much less cost
Some of my friends (girls) are using Dragons Blood (for energy and appetite control) also and love it.

I'm going to try the IM thing then. I really want to give the Lipo-B a chance. I am using the NAD version but I do also have the regular Dragons Blood as well. I've had hell getting off this last 15ish pounds I'm trying to lose so I thought maybe that could help.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but whats Lipo-B and when is it used?
Lipo-b is commonly combined with B-12 shots for weight loss because of its lipotropic effects. Its offered by wellness clinics and even many TRT clinics as well.

Lipo-b has many health benefits if you look it up you can read a few but one I’ve noticed that isn’t mentioned much is slightly improved sense of wellbeing. It’s mild but noticeable. I think it may have to do with the Inositol.

yes I have.

If the next question is, do I think its worth it?

I have no idea. It is fairly cheap. Carnitine seems better overall
A friend of mine has Stans DragonBlood and told me he can give it to me since he wont use it and knows im deep into a cut. Curious if youve also tried it and if its worth trying
