Hi I would like to share my lipolysis injection formulation. It modify it from Korean and US pantents.
I hope it would be beneficial to homebrewer here.
If this thread violate forum rule, please let me know. Thank you!
Lipolysis Injection Preparation (100 ml total volume)
Ingredients and Amounts:
· Active Ingredients:
· Choline Alfoscerate (alpha-GPC, Glycerophosphocholine): 7.5 g (7.5% w/v)
· Aminophylline 317-34-0: 2 g (2% w/v)
· Lipoic Acid: 0.5 g (0.5% w/v)
· L-Carnitine: 1 g (1% w/v)
· Hyaluronidase: 8.5 mg (equivalent to 1700 IU, based on a specific activity of 200 IU/mg): Can enhance the dispersion and absorption of other active ingredients but can be omitted based on budget limit.
· Deoxycholate 302-95-4 (added from US patent): 2 g (2% w/v)
· Supporting Ingredients:
· Sodium Bicarbonate: 0.1 g (0.1% w/v) - Adjust if necessary based on final pH.
· Lidocaine: 1 g (1% w/v)
Preparation Steps:
1. Dissolve Active Ingredients:
· In a sterile mixing container, start by dissolving Choline Alfoscerate in approximately 70 ml of sterile water for injection, as this higher concentration may require more solvent for complete dissolution.
· Once Choline Alfoscerate is fully dissolved, sequentially add Aminophylline, Lipoic Acid, and L-Carnitine to the solution, ensuring each is dissolved before adding the next.
2. Incorporate Supporting Ingredients:
· Dissolve Sodium Bicarbonate and Lidocaine into the mixture. Stir gently but thoroughly to ensure all components are fully dissolved.
3. Volume Adjustment:
· After all ingredients have been dissolved, adjust the total volume of the solution to 100 ml with additional sterile water for injection if necessary.
4. Sterilization and Filtration:
· Pass the solution through a 0.22-micron sterile filter to ensure sterility.
5. pH Adjustment:
· Check the pH of the final solution. It should be close to physiological pH (7.4). If necessary, adjust the pH by adding small amounts of Sodium Bicarbonate.
6. Dispensing:
· Dispense the sterile solution into sterile vials under aseptic conditions.
7. Storage:
· Store the vials in a refrigerator (2-8°C) to maintain stability and potency until use.
Note:
I recommend PES filter becuase of high volumetric flow rate and compatibility with ingredient.
Safety notice:
1. I highly recommend to test your allergic reation before injecting on sensitive area such as your face. The test area might your abs area at small dose and observe the site for 24-48 hours for the any adverse reaction.
I have test the result there is no allergic action but it is very crucial to test it on your own. The fat reduction result might be not significant and might need many session to get effective.
2. Use 32G 4mm needle to reduce risk of too deep injection and any accident.
3. According to the patent or paper, 0.2 ml injection per 1 sq. cm. is preferable especiallty on your face. I tried 0.5ml per 1 sq inch on abs and don't have problem. Please be careful when injecting on your face and ensure injections are performed using aseptic techniques to prevent infections. Use alcohol swabs to clean the injection site before and after injection
I am also updating the formulation with extensive ingredient from Korean and US patent. There is many components and concentrations are also increased to upper range of safety according to the recommendation from source. I need some time to test and consideration before disclosing it.
If you have any recommendation and comment, please let me know.
I hope it would be beneficial to homebrewer here.
