Lipostablil Diary w/photos

Yeah, but not everyone can get big... I'm one of those guys. I've got pee wee herman genetics.

And, the bodybuilding lifestyle is HARD when you have a family and a lot of things going on. It's even tougher when you are physically limited in some way (injury, defect, etc.), but that doesn't mean you can't derive some of the benefits (I know you agree man, this is no flame either).

The answer isn't always "Lift more weights and get big". Life is full of cool answers, and lipo might be one of the cooler things for guys with busy lives. And for those of us who can't get big (yes, we are real, we do exist, and some of us have been training for twenty years), lipo is a neat way to stay as big as possible (since we need it!), and sculp away a bit at the ol fat depos.

I'll be posting my pics soon, and my physique will no doubt be lacking in some area you can pick on, but please don't. I've tried your way, and it doesn't work for me. That is just a biological fact. It's not because I didn't try hard enough, was stupid, or wasn't consistent.

Actually, a lot of the problem was trying to follow a routine like you use for your clients. It just flat out doesn't work for me. HIT was the best I'd found, and possibly now HST. If I do the volume you advise, I get sick, every time.

I have juiced twice in my life, the first time got larger, and this one is for an injury recovery and a cutting session. I think some guys have juiced so much and worked with people with superior genetics for so long, they forget there are hard working normal guys out there who want to be in good shape, but who will never be big.

That's why there are sports stars. Genetics. That's why there are fans. Genetics.

So I'm a bodybuilding fan with sucky genetics, who doesn't want to be judged by standards above my capability.

Actually I've done a phenominal job with my physique, and this forum is all about doing the best you can with what you got, including that brain on top of our spines. That's why I'm ON an anabolic forum, to see how far I can get. Lipo is part of the ticket, I think.

I would be the first guy in line to sign up for planet Graybass, where everyone is huge and strong and grows on 12 sets per bodypart or whatever. I'd love to live where you live. I'd love to have your genetics.

God bless man

Patuba, I not flaming, just asking. It's hard to tell by your pics, but it looks to me that you should gain a lot more muscle before you try to use this stuff.

If you worked out hard at gaining lean tissue, and eating clean, you would see your abs just as soon. Plus have a much better bod!
No offence, but the bodybuilding life style is how you will see your abs. One precontest diet done perfectly, and you'll be there. There are no short cuts. Only Hard Work!

Again no flame, maybe they're really bad pics, but this is an Anobolic Bodybuilding Board. Get Big and Hard.
Add 50lbs to your bench, add 100lbs to your squat, add 50lbs to your rows.
Then see what you got. Then diet and cardio, the old fashioned way!

Just my .02 Flame away!!! graybass

I'm with you on this one Neodavid, I've been offered lots of modelling work in the past (jeans underwear etc.) so I must be reasonably physically attractive, but however hard I've tried I will never be big, I've even spent days drinking protein shakes every few minutes until I was sick, I'm over 6 foot but very small boned (size 6 feet) and have difficulty getting over 175lbs, I suppose my body knows my small bones just wont carry much more weight, I've been over 180 on cycle, and however much pct I do I still can't keep it.

You are assuming that I want to get bigger. At 5'10 and 185 I'm pretty happy with what I look like, minus my abs. I wouldn't mind putting on a few more pounds but I don't want to be huge.

Very well put. You explained mine situation pretty good.

You're still assuming we want to be massive. I don't want to be very big. I just want to be around 180-190 and about 8% bodyfat. I don't need to eat 6000 calories a day for that.

Actually if I ate 6000 calories a day I would be well over 200lbs and probably well over 20% bodyfat.

No, I haven't tried eating a lot unless I'm doing Meth-1Test.

My bodyweight hovered for a long time at 160lbs so me getting up to 185 was a good accomplishment.

Now I don't care how much I weigh as long as I can see my abs, even if that means going back down to 160lbs I'll do it.

Well, if I may reply in kind, guys like you are a dime a dozen, assuming YOU are intelligent and the other guy must be a moron. Surely no one has pee wee herman genetics...

Why not, it's easier to assume you are smart and the other guy doesn't know what he's doing...

Sorry dude, genetics exist. And possibly you aren't as smart as you think you are.

It's pretty lame to assume you know more about a guy you've never met, than he knows about his own body after 20 years of lifting and training.

It's a pet peeve of mine that within human nature, lies invincible ignorance and arrogance. Surely MY experience lets me judge everyone else...

Muscle size, brain power, body shape... don't believe the hype guys, not everyone can get big, and not everyone can have a high IQ. You get what you get, and do the best with what you get.

I did try the fat ass method once though, got to 220... solid fat. Was a pain to lose...

But yeah, let everyone just assume they know so much about other people, make judgments, and assume your superiority (which in my mind amounts to mental masturbation... makes you feel good, but doesn't do anything for the other person). Put other people down, make what they say sound stupid, all for the sake of your ego.

If it wasn't for ego guy, then why not just ask the question, rather than put down what I said, putting me down.

But you must be right, everyone can get huge if they eat enough.

Good thinking Grog. Time you go hunt woman, take to cave. Makem fire.

If you don't want to be big, fine. But "pee wee genetics" is an indication of failed attempts to get "massive." A failed attempt could be through improper training or diet...most likely the later especially considering most here probably use AAS.

Again, I have nothing against someone not wanting to be "massive." From some of the things it just sounds like some people failed and blamed it on genetics, so I simply asked if they tried eating a lot.

Okay, aparently I can't read, and when you said

"If someone says they have "pee wee genetics", then that means that they seem to have tried to get "massive" and failed, thus the assumption of "pee wee genetics.",

I guess you didn't assume anything there, and I need to go back to school to learn how to read. There was no put down, no talking out your ass.

You're right, you made no assumptions, and didn't speak out of turn.

Okay. Your completely innocent.

Oh, and bite me.

Frosty said:
I never assumed anything, that is why I ASKED. I didn't see a mention of diet, so I ASKED.

When did ASKING become assuming, insulting, ego stroking, etc? You sure as hell assumed a lot based on me asking a question (since I didn't see mention of it).

I never said genetics never existed, either...holey shit, I'm not going to try to address each of your totally unfounded accusations that are based on NOTHING.

I asked a question - grow up at least to the point where you can handle that.

I appreciate your taking the time to explain your meaning. That's not how it came across to me, as I was the guy who said pee wee, and you dissed it rather off the cuff, when to me it's been 20 years of frustration. I'm a bit cranky at guys who give advice without knowing the story. If you had just asked, "hey, did you ever try eating massively", I'd have been happy to say yep, didn't do the trick for me.

There are so many variables, those of us with weak or perhaps i should say, challenged anabolically physiques, are often talked down to by genetically superior folks, as though 'they' know the answers, and we small fools must surely be idiots or not training hard enough.

I've personally developed a philosophy where I honestly believe success breeds only prejudice and arrogance. Failure, brings humility and open mindedness.

I happen to be smart, so I know what it is to not understand why someone doesn't get a thing. Computers and programing come easily to me. I honestly don't see why people have a problem with it. I was tempted to think they were dumb or didn't apply themselves.

That's simply not true, in many cases, and one must be patient and have grace, believing the best.

So anyway, no offense, and thanks for taking the time.

Also, my lipo did not appear today, this is a bit slow for zipmed, I'm surprised. I ordered last tuesday.

I think there has just been a misunderstanding here, so let me please explain my comment.

"If someone says they have "pee wee genetics", then that means that they seem to have tried to get "massive" and failed, thus the assumption of "pee wee genetics."

I mentioned this because someone said that not everyone wants to get "massive." This is true of course, but I was referring to the fact that if someone DIDN'T want to be massive and has not made an attempt to be massive, then they would have no way of knowing that they had "pee wee genetics." This was just trying to clear up who I was referring to - i.e. not the people that don't want to be massive.

Now, if someone is trying to be massive and fails, they could just say "I have pee wee genetics, that's why I'm not massive." Did they eliminate all variables in order to establish this statement as true? If you exercise properly, be consistent, etc, but fail to eat properly, then you have failed to eliminate all variables and it cannot be said with truth that you have "pee wee genetics."

However, if you've trained properly, tried tons of different methods, eaten tons of diets, tons of calories, eaten clean, been consistant, worked hard in the gym, etc...then once all those variables have been eliminated you can say you have "pee wee genetics." It's possible for sure...some people are just small. It's just that sometimes people don't do one aspect properly and jump to the conclusion of "pee wee genetics."

So, since I didn't really see mention of diet, mostly just lifting heavy, being consistant, etc, I simply asked about diet. I did not intend to offend, hence me saying that I'm not trying to be an ass in my original post. If you did try that, a simple "yes I tried that and it didn't work" would have been fine.

Again, it was just a question that was asked to maybe possibly help someone out - that's all.

NeoDavid maybe God had wanted it that way.Just like you had said a few days ago that god himself had told you to take steroids and smoke weed.Maybe God wanted you to be Pee Wee Herman :)

??

Of course, it couldn't be any other way.

The real answers come as we go through this life seeking the things we think we want. As we seek, we find, but things better than hoped for.

Everything means something, points to something. There are no accidents or coincidences.

Ordering lipo from zipmed, save yourself time by entering the MTCN money transfer control number.

I didn't see this, and because of that my order is only being shipped TODAY, rather than me getting it today.

DUH!

I guess I'm a WU newbie.

ttt

well two bros on here claiming that this shit works (one of them being beef himself) and many bros claiming his shit is bunk.

I think it is worthless garbage. Oh well, $50 poorer, and sadly wiser.

Liposablil is crap, I got some from beef and it was the worst experience of my life

pain and swelling but no losses as claimed

I have read alot on this product and it supposed to work, I think the shit beef had was not what he claimed it was, prolly some shit in a vial (FAKE)!!

so is it possible he fucked everyone and sold them bunk shit, I believe thats what we should be really thinking

That's not logical, though holy schmoly, I understand your frustration. What a freaking disappointment to go through that. But BEEF has been completely up front with all of us. No scammer would act like he has.

More likely, he got bad stuff, got sent the wrong stuff, or it got warm, etc.

Everyone who has gotten it from zipmed has been happy, so Italian phosphaty isn't a fake, plus it's clinically proven (you can look it up all over the web).

I only had loose stools for a few days. It has gone away. Almost all of the swelling has gone away now but I still have lumps all over. I can't notice any difference in the fat amount on my stomach.

I would say it's not working.

I'm no chemist, but there is stuff out there based on lecithin that is also called phosphaty. Apparently there is a huge difference between this, and Italian phosphaty, which is not lecithin, but Phosphatidylcholine.

BEEF's description of it in water is exactly what lecithin in this form does, but Phosphatidylcholine just sits there on top like oil on water, doing nothing (this per a friend of mine into chemistry).

I haven't tried to buy domestically, but there is a place, http://omegafinechemicals.com/shop/97281-47-5.htm that sells it. I don't know if they sell it to joe blow on the street, but they might, especially if you are a science teacher or what not. It's cheap too, $52 for 25 grams, same as zipmed. AND they know to pack it in ice and ship it overnight only.

I have jabbed myself with lecethin (labelled phosphatidycholine on the bottle) got the swelling, but I know scientifically it wont "dissolve" any fat.

Great, so not only is the nickname similar, but they are using the same chemical name? DUDE! That's horrible!

Thanks for the info man, I'm glad your on here, or I'd be as confused as hell. Everything you've said so far makes perfect sense though.
