Liquid orals - any downsides?

Was thinking about grabbing some anavar, raloxifene and telmisartan and just making suspensions out of them.

I read about pharma tabs being made with specific formulations, coatings etc that presumably affect absorption.

So is there a catch? Is just mixing them into a liquid and drinking them as effective?

Been using Humco for years. It’s extremely easy. I never noticed a difference. The cost savings is also obviously substantial
