I placed an order with them around christmas and accidently placed a second, I immediatly asked for a refund and they said sure. It is almost the 10th now and I can not get him to respond. Is there a diff addy I can use.

bro i recommend hanging tight, they can be slow at times, but they'll never leave you high & dry. you may even make out, they've been known to add some freebies to orders to make up for late deliveries.

I got the stuff, Just want the money for the stuff I didn't order. He came through in like 3 days, Just no answer on the refund he promised after that.

Just send him another email stating your problem and give them time. Thats all you can do. You can email him to 3 different emails but your still goign to get the same results. Just wait it out.

I would go with patriot on this. I had the same problem and just waited it out. It worked out for me!!

The thing is we ordered it on my gf's debit card and she is getting pist that the 120. is not back on. SO I am catching major heat about it.

LR is honest.I stopped useing them because it seems that the owner doesnt know whats going on.He is honest though.
Email him or call them.It took me months to get my last order but I got it with extra.Honest co but to can be a pain to deal with IMO.Crooks they arent though.

keep buggin em. i'm in the same situation w/ pharmanabolics, they couldn't come through for me within 8 weeks so i demanded a rufund. they finally agreed but it's been a month and i still haven't seen the refund come through..

There is a customer service number on the webpage, did you try contacting by phone? You might want to give that a try.

I think it was a bad decision to use the money of your gf cause all that does is get more people involved. Sorry bro but there is no other info I can give. You just have to hope he comes through sooner or later.

Just out of curiosity, it looks like aqua solutions is stomping on these other two guys with better service.. anybody have a bad experience with them.. ?? I need to order ancillaries soon and from what I am reading....????...... I aint out to bump nobody I have never used but it seems like aqua has it together better then the others. my .02

I have ordered from LR for over one year now. I have had good service since. My last order was about three weeks ago and the TA was about one week. Now you have to realize good sources get popular and get overwhelmed with so many orders. They are not scammers, but it may take some time to get it straight with them. I remember the rep was Bayoumike. Not sure if he is still listed in the member section. If so email him personally and he may take care of you. if not just call there customer service number or email them and time is on your side.

I STILL HAVE NOT YET GOT THAT REFUND, EVEN THE OWNER PM'D ME AND SAID HE WOULD I GAVE HIM EVERYTHING ALL THE INFO. MAN WHAT'S GOING ON. THEY HAVE GREAT PRODUCTS BUT WONDERING ABOUT THE REST.

ive always gotten my orders from liquid research pretty fast...cept for one time...and he gave me some cool deals cause of it...sometimes hes on ...sometimes not...hell come through eventually..

It took literally months for me to recieve from them before...he did send some freebies...no scam....but hey I just wanted what I ordered to get to me on time, especially when you pay for 3 day service

Honest co in so far that you wont get scammed but the customer service is deplorable and it seemed to me that they are disorganized and some orders go out in seconds some in months and thats after you email them dozen times.

First times I used them I was amazed how great they were great product great service than last 2 times my order took over 45 days.Great product lousy service.
I did get extra but I rather get my order within 2 weeks time forget about any extras.
Again honest co but disorganized.Used to be top notch.

I completely agree with you BUT waiting 2 months or longer for some for orders is a tad to long.
I no longer use them due to being inconsistent service wise.Honest they are .You will eventually get your order, everybody does but 45 to 60 days which was my case last 2 orders was annoying.
