Liquid SLU-PP-322

Sorry to strat a thread for this but couldn't find a suitable, non dead thread to ask. Can I get some 20mg SLU-PP-322 tablets and dissolve in water to take a lower dose with a dropper? The source has 100tablets x 1000mcg for like 20$, and 100tables x 20mg for 30$. I'm getting 20x the amount for 50% more price with the bigger dose tables, but I doubt I wanna start with 20mg a day, or even 5mg for the matter. So could I dossolve the tablets in some sterile water and take them with a dropper? or drink them with a glass of water. I'd be using it as a pre workout to give me some energy
