Little to no gains

Is It frowned upon to post where I got it and what it is.

We’d prefer if you do share where it’s from so we don’t buy their stuff either. I hadn’t even considered the water weight until someone mentioned it so I think it’s possibly fake or underdosed as well now.

The training and nutrition are definitely questionable but as the other folks said, you’d at the very least have some water retention and extra glycogen storage from what you’re taking. Even if you gained 0lbs of lean muscle there should be a couple lbs on the scale.
 
He already told us in the beginning of the thread his gear is from Driada.

Might be fake but in this day and age making fake Test is insane for any ugl. It’s dirt cheap. Cost more for the vial, oil, BA, BB and filter

What I don’t think a lot of new guys understand is that the test they are buying cost about $3 to make. To not put $.50-$1 worth of test raws in is nuts
The time we’re currently living in it is much more likely for an accidental underdose than fake testosterone. Not speaking about other products some products like primo where the raws are expensive yes, some people will put test in there to save money. But this is not something that reputable sources on here do because we hold everyone accountable with testing and HPLC reports it’s very easy to find a source with legitimate gear.

lol this guy right here though is a fucking mutant lol so unless your trying for mutant genetics and looks mishka is not the one lol. he does train hard af and eat a fuck ton of food but i dont think he lean bulks lmfao. but like everyone else says up the food it sounds like your just doing Maintenace calories man if you want to add weight up the food. Everyone knows this even power lifters UP food to up weight.

It's infinity more likely that OP simply doesn't train properly than them having outright fake gear now in 2024.
 
How hard are you lifting? Most people just don't push hard at the gym at all. You should be pushing *hard* every work out, to your limits. No bullshit workouts that 99% of the people in the gym are doing.

If you workout hard enough, you can gain on a cut natty sub-10% BF.

Your missing the details
OP said he doesn’t train heavy and that he doesn’t eat enough (listed his calories) because he is scared to get fat. Plus his training split is conducive of fitness not growth and mass.
Said himself he doesn’t train heavy and isn’t gaining strength. How would be even know he isn’t getting stronger if he isn’t training heavy, that’s an oxymoron.
Your strong opinion is based off of someone who doesn’t train heavy, doesn’t eat enough and takes dbol with Anadrol and “isn’t gaining” Also his words

Yes it’s possible that all his gear is fake, but highly unlikely.
The facts though are that he won’t gain with what he’s doing, gear or not.
You’re also taking his word on the not gaining part. He didn’t give you before and after weight or a Dexa scan. Some of these guys think steroids are a magic pill and are disappointed when they aren’t Chris Bumstead after a month doing the life cycle machines at planet fitness
