Liver detox

Flint Water is nice. Makes your kidneys feel like glue.
In all seriousness tho, water is key. I also incorporate Tudca supps but im not entirely sold on it. Cooking with Turmeric or drinking Turmeric powder shakes is also my go to.
 
I only drink water lots on to flush it through and lots afterwards to help after and sometimes when I'm off I will use Choline and isotol
 
I suggest the guys who use milk thistle actually do some hardcore reading about just how much you'd need to take for there to be any positive benefits. I don't suspect you guys are using a IV with a constant drip?

Liver support is a supplement scam to separate your money from you . Lots of water and time and your liver (healthy) will bounce right back without any supplements from heavy cycles.

Do you feel the same about kidney support on cycle?
Other than increased water how best to keep creatinine and BUN in control. Understandably they will raise above normal while on cycle but keeping them from getting of hand?

Water again , especially for the kidneys . High creatinine and BUN levels are normal for cycling , and weightlifting in general will raise your kidney values because added muscle increases creatinine levels in the blood .

My "normal creatinine levels" is around 125ng to 130ng which is high normal to high by most bloodtests , but normal for me when Im carrying alot of muscle . If I go off-cycle and stop lifting/eat large amounts of protein , I lose the muscle and my creatinine/BUN levels go back to normal . Ive been teeter-totting like this for the last 6 years....lol .
Its one of the the consequences of bodybuilding....Goodluck ~Ogh
 
I had great success with TMG (Trimethylglycine), I bought the Jarrow brand, tock about 2-4tabs per day, ASAT,ALAT ALP, went down under refference lvls.... GT was still abit high, it went from like 3 to 1.6 (ref <1.4)

Note, im fat, 105kg fat, so fattyliver might been my problem.
 
Tudca , life extension brand European milk thistle and lots of water and a couple cups of coffee per day
