I still like the old school Liv-52 stuff. I only use it maybe once a year. But I just ordered the syrup and the tablets. Will be first time using the liquid.
 
None necessary with either at sane female doses (neither are particularly hepatotoxic; actually relatively mild in this regard). If anything, silymarin/milk thistle & a mitochondrial antioxidant is more than sufficient if running orals for consecutive monthslong periods. A combination of mitochondrial antioxidants as contained in Sanofi-Aventi Essentiale/Forte (I believe this contains at least most of the following: polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, E, and nicotinamide) would be more than sufficient for long-term use of these orals (but then you might shift concerns to lipid derangement rather than hepatotoxicity).

Make sure you take milk thistle...
Avoid alcohol
Avoid NSAIDS alike Advil and Tylenol
Get bloodwork done periodically to make sure everything is okay.

Personally I like to let my body heal periodically and come off sometime out of the year. Blast/cruise

I would do 12 weeks on with the var, come off 1 week. Do that four times and it will get you up to 52 weeks over a year and with that you get a month of off time.

Your weeks off, if you decide to go that route. Still train just crank back your intensity to about 90% and don’t train to failure.
