Limiting the dose and duration of oral cycles. Then what do you recommend? Just not running anything for support and keeping our fingers crossed?
Agree. Have read several studies of even long term administration of oral steroids and no significant liver damage was noted.Hepatic supps are of questionable benefit during an oral cycle and are a waste of money when running parenteral AAS.
@Dr JIM I do not drink. Would it be okay to use oxandrolone 5mg for a long period of time.?Hepatic supps are of questionable benefit during an oral cycle and are a waste of money when running parenteral AAS.

Define “long”@Dr JIM I do not drink. Would it be okay to use oxandrolone 5mg for a long period of time.?

Damn, but I guess it’s only 5mg and not 40-80mg. Isn’t there other sides for women. It seems counterproductive.12 month
That's a sane dose for a reasonable period. It's in line with long-term treatment of burn patients but greater than long-term treatment of hereditary angioedema. Hepatotoxicity is not a major concern, but I'd monitor GGT, ALT, AST at 3 month intervals and use the mitochondrial antioxidants and silymarin as mentioned out of abundant caution.12 month
Yes doable...12 month
