Get some oblate pouches for taking supplies that taste nasty. You just fill them with your powders twist the top then dip them in water and swallow quickly. Best thing i ever discovered.
 
Just come across a great article on Fatty Liver disease and the following protocol has found to help greatly:

'The following nutrients have shown the greatest clinical efficacy in addressing and even reversing the spectrum of NAFLD.

  • Tocotrienols[19]
  • N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC): 600 mg twice daily, best taken away from food.[20]
  • Vitamin C: 500-1000 mg daily. Reference is same as above.
  • Omega 3 essential fatty acids: 2 grams-4 grams daily.[21]
  • Vitamin E: 400 IU twice daily with food.[22]
  • L-carnitine: 1 gram twice daily.[23]
  • Betaine: 20 grams daily (1-6 grams/day may beneficial if used in conjunction with other therapies).[24]
  • Choline: 250-1,000 mg daily.[25]
  • Inositol: 500-1,500 mg daily.[26]
Other nutrients with potential benefits in the treatment of NAFLD include pantethine or pantothenic acid, taurine, magnesium, zinc with copper, vitamin B6, biotin, manganese and lysine.[27]
