One part of my training I have been slacking on is my logging..

Anyone use any apps / books to track their progress ?

I am on the cloud and prefer to keep my information paperless but am open to any good log books. I might just get an app programmed based off a good log book :D

I use Jefitt. Bit of a pain to begin with but extremely helpful once you get your head round it and have imputed any custom exercises that you might need for example.

Shows graphs of progress, works out your 1 rep max's based on your lifts. Also gives you animated images of exercises and things like that. I've been using it 3 months now and I have all my routines logged and can see my percentage increases on lifts and such. Really good!

Jefit works well, a few bugs but nothing major. I like that I can log from my phone..no pen and paper.

It also lets you customize your programs..different reps and rest periods..for me the buzzer going off in my ear meams get back to the bar!

Yeah that buzzer/ timer is helpful. Stops you hanging around. I can do 20 sets if the gym isn't busy, a warm up, cool down and stretch and be in and out in an hour comfortably! That's pretty much me, every other day!
