Logging progress thru my first cycle

So after years thinking about, I have finally decided to pull the trigger.

Stats: 33, 5'10'', 213, I train for powerlifting using the conjugate system. Been training for about 6 years and last year has been really serious.

Contest Best are:
Squat- 500 in single ply briefs and old 2-ply Hardcore suit
Bench- 390 in 2 ply F6
Deadlift- 500 in single ply briefs

Plan is Test E at 500/wk for 10 weeks. Easy simple run for first time. PCT has been really hard to obtain thru my connections, most people I know do NO PCT, that has been a big reason for me waiting. I now have available to me liquid orals, I have Nolva, Clomid, and A-dex on hand. Only issue is that I am not 100% sure on the concentration of the stuff, my connect gave me a hand written instruction sheet and said if symptoms, run as written, if NO symptoms then run half.
 
1/8/11 - Day 1
Waking Weight-213.6
Trained ME Bench and had a good day in the gym doing triples off 3 board in shirt.

First Pin- 250 in Right Quad
 
1/9/12- Day 2

HOLY HELL my quad hurts like a mofo.....LOL

Called a buddy and he advised me that quads do hurt for several days and to stick to glutes and delts. Nice to know now, I been limping around all day at work.

Been crazy busy at work today, hoping to hit a quick arm routine for the days up.
 
1/10/11- Day 3

My quad is still very painful, feels like a bad charlie horse. Got Speed squats this morning.

Week 1 wave on SSB in briefs, felt super strong on everything today, great session
 
1/11/12-Day 4

Working today, no training. Quad feels much better today!!!! Pretty damn sore from yesterday's squat training. Ate like a horse today and hoping for a good nights sleep.

Tomorrow will be my 2nd pin and speed bench training.
 
1/13/12 Day 6
Waking Weight- 216.3

ME Deadlifts today, pulled a 15 pound raw conventional PR of 490.

My second pin was Right glute, still notice some pain from it, but 100 times better than the quad....I will never do quad again .
 
1/14/12- Day 7
Waking Weight 216.6

Rest day, just hanging at home today. Back is lit up from last nights training.

Looking forward to ME Bench tomorrow morning.

Max Effort Bench day, worked in shirt and hit a 10# PR on 1-board.

Today is 3rd pin, going right delt today. Massaged for a few minutes and using heating pad for about 20 minutes.
 
1/16/12-Day 8
Waking Weight-219.6---Up 6 pounds in first week.

Scheduled to rest today. We ended up having a kickass 2 alarm fire, which meant about 4 hours out working our asses off. My shoulders are fried now.
 
1/17/12- Ended up with 2 more 2 alarm fires overnight..So my sleep totally got fucked up. Got in a 4 hour nap today. Then did DE squats.

Weight felt light today even though I am tired as hell..
