Based on what given my blood work? And what do you consider long term?Tren long term is a awful idea by the way you won't be in the game long with that mentality.
So. FINALLY decided to make sure Im not dying inside since ive been running tren for. Well. A long time. Currently though. 125mg tren ace / 100 mg test c tue/thur/sat/sun. Last pin yesterday. Fasted and bloods drawn today. Only checked basic mens health panel (liver, kidney blood health and lipids.).
Blood pressure monitored daily. 111/64 within 5% on each arm
Only thing out of wack was my HDL sitting at 20 when it should be more than 40.
LDL is 49 when should be less than 99.
Blood glucose 83 (70-99)
Non hdl 61 (less than 129)
Total cholesterol 81 (less than 199)
Triglyceride 52 (less than 149)
VLDL 12 (less than 29)
Cholesterol / hdl ratio 4.2 (less than 4.9)
So inhave other things related to kidneys and liver if people have specific questions.
Going to continue to use abd do another blood test here in 5 or 6 weeks and see if i cant bring that hdl up. Open to any tests i should make sure for more detailed health analysis, or just reccommend things. I didnt bother w estrogen or prolactin/progesteron etc because i lack any sides if that nature. If i should though. Ill listen. Im a huge fan of tren and beyond happy with what my tests cane back w today. Was scared that my lipids would be wrecked but totally
Manageable. Thanks for readjng. Open to questions shit talk ball busting or whatever the fuck ever.
Dueces.
How does it affect your ldl? There's no getting around Tren killing your HDL. It's just a risk you've got to judge worth taking or not. On 400mg Test P / week or 20mg Ostarine a day, my HDL is just barely in range at 40. 300mg Tren A a week drops that to 16.
Ill have a better idea of whats going on in 3 weeks. Made pretty big adjustments in diet and supps. But if i cant get my hdl and ldl up going to just drop down to 125mg of test a week to see of that fixes values.Didn't affect LDL at all. Triglycerides went up but from 0.39 to 0.85 mmol/l which is still way off the top of the range, <1.7
Hey man, I’m a noob but all the reading I’ve done in anticipation of starting this journey has said niacin while improving lipids on paper does not protect you.Niacin (NOT the non-flush version) 3x 500mg/day will help with HDL
Also megadose fish oil 10gr+/day
I don't dabble with tren. I have naturally low cholesterol levels and relatively good hdl, niacin is just an added compound not a cure or serious prevention measure. For that I rely when needed to medications.Hey man, I’m a noob but all the reading I’ve done in anticipation of starting this journey has said niacin while improving lipids on paper does not protect you.
There obviously aren’t studies on specific AAS users. But niacin was used as an alternative to statins for a long time and documented research showed that even though their lipids looked much better it did not increase life span or lower risk for CVD or heart disease. Compared to statins that also showed good on paperwork but proved to extend length of life and lower risk of these events.
Citrus bergamot has a similar effect to niacin, it might be just like niacin and improve the numbers but not be effective or it might not. This is a gamble some can choose to take and hopefully eventually we will get data if it’s truly effective.
Not saying this to make waves, just don’t want you or people to see good numbers on niacin and run something longer than you initially intended because everything looks great when research sais it’s just fudging the numbers and offering no actual benefit or harm reduction.

It wasn’t amazing by any stretch. Nor did I expect it to be lol, but I technically did raise my HDL before while on 420 Tren A, 120 Test Prop, with 20mg Anavar a few times a week pre workout, with 1050deca Tapering out of my system about half way.My brother in Christ.
How do you expect to raise your HDL while still running a moderate dose of tren?
(Not to mention the super-physiologic dose of Test)
I highly doubt a dietary change will outcompete Tren's effects on your lipids.
Going to a REAL trt cruise will return ur HDL to 40 asap!
Godspeed.
