Just posting an official intro post for the first time, been lurking forever.
about to hit 40, trying to get jacked and unfucked while competing in bjj casually. Started this year at like 260 following some knee injuries and then tearing a bicep, down to 207 and continuing til whenever it looks good enough to start growing.
