Hello Meso,

I'm a long time lurker on this forum mostly just reading various sections (nutrition, underground, and homebrew areas). Every time I was about to post a thread, I usually found the answer with the search feature and figured I'd not waste anyone's time. Anyhow, I figured I'd join and be more apart of the community and try to give back a little.

A bit about me, early 40s, 5'10, 200 lbs, 25% b/f (gotta drop some flab), 7 yrs in the gym until 2020. I was in a car accident a few months back that put me out of service for awhile due to injury. After several months of physical therapy and a surgery, I'm cleared to get back in the gym. I'm going to take it slow and start 3 day split plus 30 mins cardio and go from there. Nothing too crazy for awhile. I built up a small home gym with barbells, dumbbells, and squat rack due to covid, so i'm hoping that will suffice for awhile.

Thanks to everyone for this great community here. I've learned so much over the years by just reading threadz. Some of the threadz (especially in the underground section) nearly have me in tears from laughing so hard (the vetting of new sources for example haha).
