Long time lurker says Hello

Hello Community,

i already joined this nice Community nearly 3,5 years ago, but was more on the reading side to gather more information about supporting my TRT to a healthier Lifestyle.

Now nearly 45 Years old, i try to support my TRT with a little Plus here and there. Goals are more on the healthy Side, getting big is not that important anymore to me. Also Bodybuilding is not my Main Sport anymore, as i’m practicing Kendo and fast movements and a being big and to stiff, don’t fit that well…

I competed a few times nearly 15 Years ago, but only on those smaller classes and also natural. It was a nice experience, but my Job as a Firefighter and the Bodybuilding Lifestyle don’t fit that well together. At least not here in Germany.
At the moment my Workout regimen is Wendlers 531, but with a little adjustment for the Excercises because of former injuries. Dumbbell Bench instead of Barbell, because of Shoulder Issues and Belt Squat instead of normal ones. This is more of a feels thing, i can concentrate on my legs more.
Maxes are on the lower side, Belt Squat 190kg, Dumbbell Bench 45kg each, Deadlift 175kg and Shoulder Press 65kg. They are getting better each cycle so i’m completly fine with them.

Actual Stats are
179cm
84kg
around 12% Bf according to a Bia meassurement one week ago (as the Sixpack is clearly visible, it seems not that far away from reality)
