Long time lurker to member transformation!

Whats up guys, I have been "lurking" on many different sites over the past year or so trying to learn as much as I can. Just recently I decided to make an account to ask some more in depth questions, few members have probably gotten pm's from me. I choose MESO because the site layout is better than other forums in my opinion and you guys are harsh on sources, I like that.

Little info about me, I am 25 years old lifting about 7 years. I am 5'11 230-240lbs about 15% bodyfat. As of now I am completely natural, but hoping to change that . Hopefully in the next year I will compete in my first show, fingers crossed. That is all I can think of now.
