Longstanding Tendon Pain

Hello,

i've decided to just ask for advice here since im battling some Tendonpain in my left Arm since around 2 Years. I assume it probably developed from starting to lift with wrong wristform on any push excercise.

The Problem is, the Pain just doesent go away. I've tried a lot, like cooling and warming the places where it hurts, taking a general lifting break for over 6 months, my Doc told me to do some wrist curls/excercises - did that without noticing any difference

here is a picture of my Problems:

Red is where it hurts, bigger circles = more pain.

the Green part is where my doctor injected me once with cortison, but didnt do anything aswell.

Wondering if peptides would be the solution, if so what would you recommend - i've read alot about tb-500 etc. so im wondering which dosage, for how long and would i have to directly inject into the pain source?

Please help me make my life a bit less tormenting.

Thank you :)

TL-DR ,,,,, looks like "golfers elbow" , i had severe case both inside where yours is as well as the outer elbow, I took several weeks off to no avail, then i started doing bpc157/tb500 frag going as high as 3 mg a day of each , 1 mg morning/noon/night , i had a crushed " ulner nerve" on both arms so i went through ct surgery and ulner nerve release on both arms and hands,,,,, Its been a lonnng healing process as they had to "splice&re-route" my ulner nerve, so apparently it takes quite awhile for the nerves to start firing back to normal, ,,,, Also i have "reduced weight and increased reps on all pull and push excercises, overall i think the bpc/tb frag really helped but also the reduction of lbs and higher rep ranges aided the recovery,,,,,,

sorry i partially understood, so bpc157/tb500 helped you for sure, i will start taking those aswell then

but assuming i would have a crushed ulner nerve aswell (need to ask doc about it), will it heal without surgery or is surgery mandatory for it?

I have dealt with golfer and pitcher elbow. The usual treatments worked given enough time for me. But I had elbow pain once for over a year and a friend mentioned he went to a chiropractor who found his elbow was slightly dislocated. I applied the same technique that his chiro did to myself and the discomfort diminished significantly right away. The rest went away soon after.

I take 3mg of BPC daily for maintenance. Having said that I've healed some nasty tendon issues with 750mcg injected once daily. I know some people inject twice/day but once has always worked for me. If you're in a good amount of pain a mg/day of bpc and tb could be helpful for the pain and healing the tendons.

Its definitely required a surgery, does your ring&pinky finger go numb or tingly?

yes it definetly does haha, so i guess im gonna have to ask my doctor to maybe check via ultrasound?

Edit: my pinky goes numb, my ring finger tingles
they actually do a shock test for cts, then the "electric current" they shock you with doesn't respond to coordinate fingers(supposed to be a certaing level of current from point A to B) , thats how they initially thought something was wrong with not only cts , but the lack of response to ulner nerve, meh,, i hope i kinda gave you something useful, it made sense as i typed,,,, lmao

i would start dosing bpc157 @2-3 mg daily, as well as tb500 frag or tb500(tb4) , i dose both the frag version as well as the tb4500 daily,,,, been doing 3 mg of each,,,,

Is that a similar test to the one they use to test for carpal tunnel? It reminds me of the slightly painful shock test the Army doc arranged for me.

thank you so much for all the info, im gonna have to look where i can get a shock-test here in germany and also will try to get my hands on those two peptides :)

actually one last question @Ateam2023 , how fast could i expect to notice any difference on tb & bpc 3mg a day?
I know you didn't ask but I saw this and wanted to chime in. Between my wife and I we figure it takes about three days to get pain relief if you're going to get it. I know that's all feelz but we use a lot of the stuff.

honestly?? everyone's different unfortunately, you'll just have to give it a go, You know a "suggested dose" already,, so start @1 mg daily and adjust accordingly,,,, Good luck on your journey,,,,,

Thank you aswell, i think i will start with 1mg of both each day for a month and see the results

Are you on HGH?

Which exercises cause the pain to flare up? Just push or some other? Do you low bar squat?

no im not on HGH

i have this pain on every press movement (benchpress, shoulderpress, etc..) and on pull-downs and bicep curls

sometimes i lowbar, sometimes highbar squat

from the looks of it, i might just have what @Ateam2023 already hinted at, atleast thats what my doc is thinking aswell

on 18th of febuary i will find out for sure, thats when i have the shock-tests
