The links I included are good reading and a solid company. I just it at horseprerace cheaper.
Thanks for this, ill def read it up later, but in the meanwhile, are these two safe for long run use? like I would like to use it most of the times I go to lift.

I couldn't tell you for sure, but I see no reason that L-Carnitine couldn't be used for every workout. As for the adenosine, I would probably save it for special occasions.

You injecting intramuscular? What gauge needle?

Thanks in advance.

It doesn't matter if IM or subq. I just try to get it in a lean area of my body and push the slin pin in as far as it will go. It's water based so any size slin pin will work. I like to use the smallest gauge.

Some say B12 injections and others suggest the B Complex, which is really best?
Probably complex. Imo, it's like the difference between taking a vitamin or taking a multi vitamin. The extra vitamins probably won't hurt.

I use the b-12 whatever (can't pronounce the name) the one they say is most effective. I use a slin pin and hit my upper quad, no issues

My Mother in-law is a nurse. She just brought over 40 boxes of 5x 1ml amps of B12 complex. She's also getting me Oxandrolone. LOL she's awesome. First time tapping into her as a source and she's fine with it.

I'll be brewing some of this up tomorrow. B12 500mcg, B6 100mg, Methionine 25mg, Inositol 50mg and Choline 50mg.
I am considering brewing some myself. Do you brew it with BA water or something else?

Distilled water, 1% ba, heated and stirred. Very smooth.
I am a wussy when it comes to some things, I don't know if I want to use water I heated and stirred. Are you using VITAMIN B12 1% (CYANOCOBALAMIN) MANNITOL 99% or VITAMIN B12 (PURE CYANOCOBALAMIN)?

oh and filtered, lol 100% b12. I laso added b6. Let me find my recipe. And i didn't heat that much.

Have you brewed L-CARNITINE? That is actually what I am more thinking I want to brew.
I believe it's not cut and dry with the carnitine. Something to do with the alkaline and acidity where folks stopped homebrewing it. Seen posts on Datbtrue where it is no longer recommended. Tonicity issues.

I brewed (methionine 25mg) (inositol 50mg) (choline 50mg) (b6 100mg) (b12 500mcg).

I've been wanting some injectable Methionine, Choline and Inositol. Do you think it could be mixed in with something that is premade like this?
