Looking for info

image.jpeg Hey guys, I'm 23, 6' feet tall, and currently weigh 236.5lbs. I'm doing a long needed cut right now and it's going pretty good ~2lbs/wk.
I've been going to the gym for about 7 years now but it has not been consistent whatsoever. It was the typical routine of going strong for a month or two and then dying off for about three to four months. Last October I finally decided to get serious and stop making excuses.
I've always been natty and hardly taken any supplements. Recently I've been wanting to take things to the next level so I've been doing research on what a good start cycle would be. I came on here because I hoped you guys would point me in the the right direction. I'm just looking for different opinions and personal experiences and some places where I can find reliable info.

Shave your chest and abdomen. Thatll get you about 10 - 15 lbs off right away. Then go to the cycle section and read up. Get some ideas from there.

Also i hope when you say since october you mean 2014 and not a month ago...
