Quick notes:
I am still recovering from neck surgery for 2 more weeks and have been out the gym for 6 months due to spinal cord damage that affected my arms. I’ve lost about 15-20lbs of muscle and added a bit of fat. I run trt at 200mg for 7 years now doc prescribed and another 5 years on my own prior.
I’ve run pretty much everything besides deca and the newer popular stuff like Ment and DHB.
100% in my next cycle will be:
500mg of test at 14 weeks then back to cruise
20-40mg of Dbol 6 weeks (generally experience great gains with low water retention at the 20-30mg range)
50mg of Anavar 6 weeks
750 HCG a week
Debating on an oil to run. Mast or EQ. My hair is going but I want to hold on as long as I can but really want to do Masteron. EQ has always been meh for me but it’s light, but I like there E2 benefits.
Don’t want to take tren or the likes not looking forward to those sides maybe the next cycle. I don’t want to put on to much strength to fast after my injury.
Also debating to run the var or Dbol first again Dbol puts on a lot of mass for me and want to be slow and steady to not overdue it and risk injury.
Maybe just stick to the orals and test. Thoughts?
