Just having the craic,

Hi,
Thought I'd pop in and say hello, so hello :)
Was big into bodybuilding in my teenage years and 20's
Stopped training for 4 years as the usual family life, work, etc one missed training session turned into a week a week turned in to a month a month turned into a year a year turned into 4 Lmao, back training since March, really missed it, not the fasted cardio though.

My Current stats are
29yr
6'2
224lbs
Not sure on bf% somewhere between 19%-24%

My one piece of advice I can give anyone is never miss a training session even if it's a half arsed training session just Fricken do it.

It's absolutely excruciating having to start back from being out of shape...
Currently running a low does of sustonan 350mg per week t3 and clen,
 
Welcome to meso if you missed 4 years I suggest you hit the gym hard for a year and maybe start with just test but welcome read learn enjoy

Was juicing for 6 years before I stopped training, am running low dose of test to preserve muscle while takin t3... Am back training properly the last 6 months
 
I hace a shoulder dislocated and working on getting it back to norm I should be good by October its been almost a year gonna start with test cyp and tren a and finsh with some clomid dont know yet gonna asked some of the older guys but keep up the good work will like to see your results

Ouch! Test cyp or any other long ester test with some deca would be good for joints etc possibly some gh if funds allowed.

I might put up a log with training, nutrition,, drugs used, before and after pics, be interesting to see how much I can drop off my bf % in 5 weeks.
 
Welcome. You are exactly right on never missing a training session. In my 32 years of training I've done more wrong than I have right in terms of training due to lack of knowledge. My diet has never been great and to this point I've never done an AAS cycle.

Despite all that I match up well against most guys 20 years younger in terms of strength and size. The main reason for this in my opinion is that over those 32 years I have averaged between 250 and 275 days of working out per year.

Masters, your on point, consistency is what this game is all about, and really does make or break you, I wasn't hungry enough and had other things going on in my life that were more important to me at the time.

In hindsight I could have squeezed in a workout once a week, and kept what I had unfortunately I didn't and back to square one. On the positive note my understanding of diet and training is pretty strong now in comparison to what I thought I knew back in the day, also going with the hope that muscle memory runs true! Nice home gym btw!

Hello everyone,just wanted to say hi and apologize for not introducing myself,I honestly didn't know what the rules or protocols were,I assume it was just some social forum that you could just jump on and ask and get Anwsers and now I see its not...my bad and again I apologize as I hope to learn and gather some good knowledge here
