Losing weight on a Test E

Hey guys,

Just wondering if there is any reason why I would be losing weight on my Test E only cycle. I had gone up 14lbs in the first 6 weeks, and now in the last week I have lost 1.5lbs. I know I am eating in a 300-400 surplus still, so I’m not sure what’s going on?

What’s your diet like?
What’s your stats? ( weight + Height )
How much test?
And what’s your maintenance calorie level atm?
 
Still? As in you’ve added calories consistently over your cycle or you’re eating the same cals as before you gained 15lbs?

I’ve added calories per week every time I’ve gone up in weight.

My diet is 1.5g protein per lb body weight, 2.5g-3G carbs per lb body weight and the other calories come from fats.
I’m 5’8 and 170lbs
400mg per week
My mainetenance is 2,850 and I’m eating 3,300 a day
 
When in doubt: add cals (id favor protein here with where you’re at). Even an extra cheat or two this week could tip the scales back up.

But don’t panic. That’s a decent weight gain for 400mg Test. Could be temporary. Could be sleep related. Could be stress. Lots of factors.

I put on 10 lbs in two weeks of a test cyp cycle, simple water weight, the gains come slow however your losing fat. Work daily with digital scales, you cant always trust the scales. Eat more.
 
You diet is the only logical explanation why you are losing weight.

Your metabolism went up with the muscle you have added. Eat more bro.
Exactly. Also you need to up your calories during the cycle. A lot of people wonder why their gains fall off around week 8. Well, you may have put on 10 lbs. by then. You will need to adjust your calories accordingly .
