You guys remember the pro wrestler Chris Benoit who went ballistic and killed his wife and 7 year old son? He literally offed his wife and strangled his son, then killed himself. Not trying to be negative, just throwing down what's on my mind. He had money, fame and family and still wasn't happy (understatement).

Live every day like it's your last. Seriously. We never know when our number is up. There is no destination. It's the journey and life experience that counts.
I have guys I work with who do nothing but complain and I always say "We can always find something to gripe about, but the tragedy is that we so often overlook the blessings that really matter. Our loved ones, pets... things that cost nothing but are priceless.
