Lost all motivation

Just looking for some motivation tips from you guys.

Some background info; I have ran 4 cycles in the past, test/dbol/npp. Haven't ran a cycle for 4 years and I also crashed my e2 last time I was on a cycle and also have lowish test/free test. My issue at the moment is I have no motivation to eat clean/train hard consistently, I will end up doing either one or the other for a few weeks and then eat a ton of shit. Around 24% bodyfat at the moment and holding most of it around my midsection.

I want/need to get my bodyfat down but can't seem to stay on track! Any tips&tricks (if there is any) would be appreciated!

In other words you crash diet, I used to do it too. Too extreme calorie deficit causes stress on your body so it wants to compensate later on, it's pretty smart.

After all body is built to survive in worst conditions possible. In nature there is no food available without you expending lots of energy and effort to hunt something down.

So when you eat so low calories your body assumes it's the "extreme conditions" and makes you crave everything in sight.

Instead of doing extremes every couple weeks/month, do something more sustainable, say a mini deficit ~300 off from your maintenance long term like 6-8 months. I know it sounds not fun, but at least doing it this way, you're less likely to rebound.

If you feel your testosterone is really low after you have changed your lifestyle for the better, then look in to proper TRT 100-150mg, not blast amounts.

Achieving optimal, mid-high T levels (600-900) definitely improves quality of life, but other factors like diet, fitness and active lifestyle must be dialed in to really see the benefit.

I myself, changed my approach to diet and I don't get very lean but I just remain at lean 12-15% body fat year round. As I don't see the point to get really, really lean then to jump back to 20% bf after you're done.

Balance is the key.

Not currently on trt or anything for the past 4 years. I have attached my recent blood work results below.

I wouldn't say I crash diet as such, I'm currently at 4-500 calories below maintenance (when I actually track my calories), it's just a feeling of not being bothered to cook or not fancying anything so I order fast food which is also taking a hit to my wallet.
I'm at a stage of skinny fat at the moment as I haven't trained seriously for a couple of years.

First clean up your kitchen. Get rid of the junk and get yourself veggies and meat like wild caught fish.

Nothing wrong with strict dieting, but it needs to be done in the context of optimal nutrition with high nutrient density and no junk food.

Then you tackle the other problems, like poor sleep if you have sleep apnea or chronic insomnia, this can really ramp up your energy and mental focus.

Then you look for things that are screwing your life up, perhaps your stressed about something, maybe your life sucks on some other level and you've been avoiding dealing with the problem.

Now you can start your workouts and stay focused and have the energy you need to keep going.

Don't rely on motivation. Motivation comes and goes. Rely on discipline. Prove to yourself how disciplined you can be. We only have one life, and we are all going to die soon. Prove to yourself how disciplined you can actually be in this short life.

Motivation is something that only you can trigger in your own mind based on your own thought processes and feelings and emotions.

If you don't feel like doing something......you will never actually do it.

Find something that triggers you bro...

100% agree with the above comments, I used to prioritise gym over most things and wouldn't miss a planned session but now it's as if I look for excuses not to go, just being honest! And then when I do seem to go to the gym and smash it my diet isn't the best and I end up having fast food just because its quick easy and super tasty but full of shit.

Not sure if it's something to do with the crashed E2, low test/free test that I don't seem to be the way I used to when it comes to diet/gym, maybe its just all in my head...

Discipline. The hardest part is going to the gym especially after fucking off your diet. I just stay on a diet 95% of the time. Yes I'd like a big ass bowl of pho or fried rice but i also hate having moonface.

I didn't want to wake up at 2:45 this morning to shower, pin, eat a piece of steak, and be at the gym by 4:30(work at 6a). I just told myself sleeping an extra hour isn't gonna do shit. It's time to go!

24% bf would be all I would need to get motivated bro. You mention low t. Look into trt.

I will be running a cycle in the near future but right now me and my partner are trying for a baby, don't want to jepodise that in any way by running a cycle now.

I think it may be the case that I know its going to be a long old road to lose around 10-12% bodyfat and I get inpatient maybe?

Why do you think your lady got with you at first? Was it because you were a lazy piece of shit that didn't go to the gym and ate fast food because it was tasty?

Or was it because you were looking good and feeling confident and disciplining yourself with hard workouts?

Once guys get into relationships, they often quit working on themselves. This is the worst mistake you can make. Do you want to make sure she never leaves you? Then get so hot and sexy that other women want you. Problem solved.

Being sleep deprived is not going to help, either. What time to you go to sleep to get up at 2:45?

Running a log with before photos, update photos once a month, and screenshots of your MyFitnessPal tracking along with cardio and workouts would do it. We would all give you shit whenever you missed a cardio session or ate off plan, so you would have to succeed.

Around 7-8pm. I try to get 5.5-6 hours of sleep. I used to start work at 8am it was perfect as i could get 2 gym hours in before work but my schedule changed to 6am.

I'd try to go back to working out after work but it's just too easy to make excuses. So i like to get it done first thing. Then the rest of the day is smooth sailing. Now that I'm on trt my energy levels are a lot more level throughout the day.

I posted quite a long reply to this, but it vanished and I can't be fucked typing it all again

As @TrenTrenTren pointed out. Discipline and motivation are two different things. You either want it or you don’t. Your discipline will dictate if you achieve your goals or you make excuses like your currently doing
