Low blood pressure from Trizepatide

My girlfriend has been taking Trizepatide for a few months, on a maintenance does of 5 mg currently
Had taken Sema on and off for the past two years.
Recently has been experiencing issues with low blood pressure. 100/60.
She is normally 120/80
Anyone else have any experience with this?

Would advise for Pedialyte or electrolyte drinks.

I have never had to drink as much water and electrolytes as I do on Tirz/Reta. 90-100 ounces a day and still there are times when my urine isn’t clear. My Wife has naturally low BP (105/70) and Tirz doesn’t seem to lower it more. But her blood sugar gets low often. Plus I have to stay behind her reminding her to hydrate.
