I mixed 1 scoop whey tech 24, cookies and cream flavored. 4 tbsp heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp stevia.
Tastes the mix, tasted awesome. Letting it sit in the freezer now for a while.
22g fat, 4g carbs, 24g protein.

I fucking love ice cream too. Turkey hill birthday cake remix or cookies and cream.

I just made these crepe things (I'm hungry today)

.5 cup flour
1 scoop magnum quattro unflavored protein
.25 cup stevia
1 tbsp canola oil
1 egg
Cinnamon

With butter and whipped cream it comes out to like 45g protein, 50g carbs, and 25g fat.

I've tried arctic zero. It's funny how much better everything tastes while cutting lol.

It's not bad but not even close to real ice cream. It kind of tastes like eating a bowl of nothing IMO lol. I had been mixing a couple tablespoons of almond butter with it and some chocolate chips but at that point you might as well just go for real ice cream

Along the same line, there's a barbecue sauce at Walmart that is 5 calories per two tablespoons that I loved while cutting and, of course, the Walden Farms maple syrup. I also tried the WF peanut butter. Disgusting. I can't imagine what their "zero calorie" mayo is like lol

That peanut butter is atrocious
