low dose T cycle - sleep issues

I am normally on TRT 110mg a week. Been on it for almost a decade. I've done 3 "cycles" in the past where I increased to anywhere from 210mg to 350mg a week. I know it's low but I'm just conservative. Worked well for what I wanted. I decided to go on my 4th and increased to 315mg. The first 4 weeks were fine and I was sleeping well. However around 5th week mark I started having jolts in the night when I would wake up right as I would feel like I'm about to fall fully asleep. At first I thought it was throat-related, ala sleep apnea-like symptoms which were exacerbated by the higher T, but I did an experiment and slept more upright and advanced my jaw a bit more forward to keep the airway open and I felt my breathing was unobstructed and airways clear. However I still felt that jolt. It feels almost nervous system related rather than structural. I'm thinking of cutting the "cycle" short and going back to TRT where I know I am at my healthiest because I don't know what else to try. Has anyone experienced this?

I had something like that happen one time. Happened for 2 weeks and would go on half the night. Made me feel like I was going insane. No idea what caused it and it just stopped suddenly but pretty sure I was on a cycle at the time. Good luck bud.
