Low dose Tren for long term bulking

If Tren (I‘m talking about 150mg at most per week with 500mg Test and 300mg Primo) doesn’t impact your sleep, blood pressure, digestion, mental health or bloodwork, why shouldn’t you use it long term (up to 20 weeks) for bulking? The drug addict in me wants to rationalize this but I genuinely see no reason to avoid Tren. My bloodwork is perfect on Tren expect for slightly lowered HDL whereas supposedly mild compounds such as Anavar totally fucked my cholesterol and kidney markers in less than a month.
 
If it works for you, great. For me even 70mg a week lowered my appetite and my raised my metabolism to the point I simply couldn't eat enough food to move the scale up. Dropped the tren and now my weight is going up.
