Low dose tren

What is the lowest does of tren you have ever run? Do you still get side effect? And how's the gain? Planning to run around 150 mg tren e per week with trt dose test e.
 
That is a solid plan, assuming that you have never touched tren before it is best to start low 100-200mg/week and from here you can always adjust up/down. Good idea to keep test on the lower side, because I hear some people get serious sides on high T + tren as opposed to 150-250mg of test per week. Also, If there's one thing I learned there is no tren dose that's too low.

My own experiment was at lowest 75mg/week and highest I ever went was 300mg, ideally I prefer 150mg/week, as results to side effects were decent enough for me. I also experience less side effects on tren hex versus tren e.

The most valuable and impressive thing about tren in my opinion, is it's ability to retain strength and aggression in the gym during aggressive cutting phase. The amount I was able to bench press while being this lean and eating way below my maintenance calories was truly impressive. During bulking, I rarely used it, but I had some left so I used it once and I was impressed with how much such amount can do (200mg/week), I was stronger than before and even on large amounts of other steroids, I felt it definitely made it's presence felt. It doesn't negatively affect my appetite, so it's not a problem to eat more than usual.

However, I must mention that for me there is no side effect free journey on tren at any dose, I still experience anger issues and have to control myself, I definitely feel different than on testosterone not to mention cruise levels. I just don't like this state of mind. Then there is this hypoglycemic feeling when low on carbohydrates and it feels like I'm sick, also amplifies aggression for me.

All things considered that's why I'm not a fan of tren and now my preferred dose of tren is nice and round 0, but that's just me and my own experience, good luck.
 
When I do take Tren, it is in the range of 150mg Tren E per week in combination with 350-450mg Drosta E & 100mg Test C/E.

I have no noticeable side effects at this dosage.
 
200mg a week Tren-E is the sweet spot for me. I can run this amount both cutting and off-season without "noticeable" side effects. As many have said, a little tren goes a long way.
 
A little goes a long way for muscle retention. A shit ton will temporarily make you look great but will be of negligible added benefit to muscle retention, but it will fuck your shit up physically and mentally. I use it for cutting @ 200 (tren e).

I’ve went up to 700 ace before when I was young and dumb. Didn’t get much I couldn’t have gotten from half the dose but holy shit did I go crazy. It sneaks up on you too. I’m very aware of these side effects but tren fucked me up. Looking back I was a narcissist on the level of American Psycho with extra manic depression and the impulse control of a kid in a toy store. Don’t do what I did.

I tried as low as 100mg Tren A per week but the aggression and impulsivity is only just about manageable. .Overall, I'd rather give it a miss. Used to go as high as 400 back in the day
 
I’ve ran 10mg per day before and gotten decent results. After doing that, I decided I’ll never go over 200/week again. After a certain dose, the negatives really start to outweigh the positives. For me that’s the 200 mark.
 
175mg Tren Ace a week, even that dose Messed me up. It works phenomenally well on a cut. Like others say, it really really goes a long way.
 
Is DHB truly the closest thing to tren without the sides? Or is that a growing urban legend, are there any compounds or combinations of that give the benefits of tren without the negative aspects of tren?

I feel that it is but I’m sure there’s some that would disagree. I liked results I saw from compounds like NPP but I didn’t look as full and didn’t get the huge strength increases that tren or DHB gave me. Also Npp made me feel exhausted every day and fucked with my sleep and then started fucking with my dick. I would say tren is still superior to DHB for sure but if you want the next best thing with no sides, I go with DHB.

I have never used acetate. That said, from an ester weight standpoint, about 150mg of acetate would be similar to 200mg of enanthate for active compound. Of course, peaks and valleys will be very different.
 
Tren is extremely powerful, and while the effects are intense at high dose, I have always personally felt that Tren has a very large diminishing return as you get higher doses.

For example, both on TRT Test, I personally have noticed the effects of 200mg, to be comparable of those all the way up to 500mg. However, the same can be said from 500mg up to about 800mg (for me anyway, everyone is different).

Given your personal health, reaction, and risk tolerance, keep this in mind, start low, and raise your dose until you find your sweet spot.

Oh and until you do find that spot, make sure to use Tren A. Nothing was worse than waiting to "come down/off" of 800mg of Tren E when I decided I couldn't hang.

Just a caviot to this post, I remember reading a study a while back, where the subject’s results experienced a significant rise when they went from 300 to 500, but the results were much less noticeable when the subjects went from 500 to 700. Thought it was pretty interesting.

There are definitely diminishing returns to tren, more so than any other compound in my opinion
 
Do you think the look will be the same on 175 Test P / 700 Mast P / 175 Tren A and 350 DHB as Test P / Tren A / Drost P 350/350/350? That was my last Stack and i loved the look. The only Problem ist on Tren A that my Girlfriend fucks me up the hole time hahah thats more ore less the only side effect i get from tren...i heard that DHB makes the look like tren?!
this is why i would try low test / low tren "high" Mast and some DHB
