Low Estrogen? What the hey!

2 saliva panels from 2 different labs show these results

DHEA below expected range
estrogen below expected range
estradiol below expected range
cortisol within expected range but fairly low(bottom 1/5)
free T within expected range but fairly low(bottom 1/5)

I finally found an indocrinologist who has prescribed adrogel 5/mg per day. I started 3 weeks ago. will androgel improve this profile. should I be taking DHEA with the androgel?

If you get it retest doing a blood test then I would wonder.
