I agree. There’s a lot more going on than just igf.

Frag and AOD9604 seem to help me stay leaner while not really trying. Not something I'd bring to the table if I needed to lose 100 pounds of body fat.

More like going from a slightly visible 6 pack to more visible 6 pack (but still not ripped ab veins).
