Low LH and FSH help

Currently on trt and just pulled bloods because I've lost libido in the past month or so.

Not very confident in my local doctor's abilities to figure out the problem. Any help? Capture.PNG Capture3.PNG

You’re on trt, the body senses elevated androgens/estrogens so it no longer sees the need for LH/FSH and stops or greatly reduces it. It’s all part of the negative feedback loop. I’d look more into the kidney and blood levels. Both creatinine and gfr are off, that doesn’t mean anything by itself but worth looking into if it’s consistently like that. Also your hematocrit/rbc/hemoglobin are all high. Typically people here are overly concerned with hematocrit but in most cases it’s not high. Your HCT is 63% which is high enough that the blood bank won’t take your blood. Idk how much these things affect libido but still.

anyone else have any ideas on why I would be totally shut down?
Dude,
He told you already, your shut down due to the trt therapy. Your natural fsh and lh levels decrease at any exogenous testosterone and is part of the normal trt process.
Call your doc asap to see if he will pull a pint of blood as you are at serious risk for cardiovascular events if it goes higher with your hemacrit and hemoglobin as high as they are. If he says your ok you don't need it then run as fast as you can as he's putting you in danger and shouldn't be practicing medicine.
