Low percentage ba question

Can 0.5% BA be sufficient for sterilization?

I am very sensitive to it, I would like to use as little as possible.

I knew a certain person put only 0.1%, what do you think?

Pretty sure if you had a very sterlized setup you might be able to get away with lower amounts if you get stopper clean and Needles always sterilized ect ect ect. Ba is to prevent bacteria from growing from what is currently in there. I'd stick with 1% it's not super low and not super high unless you just can't handle ba at all?

What is your sensitivity to BA? I'm asking because I have a similar problem and I can't figure out if it's BA or BB or both

Yes thank you I have the basics.

im just saying that the enanthate does not need solvent to dissolve and that I was not sure about the prop.
Just saw the no bb part. Yeah no bb and prop ain't gonna hold at decent concentration

what concentration do you think the prop will hold? I want to try a quick ester because I'm not sure the problem is coming from BB and BA.

With .9% being the norm for big pharma. I am sure that is over kill. As it is made in an industrial setting they need to more then cover their own butts. By how much? That just depends on ones own comfort zone if you want to go lower. and how sure you are of all your own ingredients.

Problem for most home brewers is that they are _awful_ at not only actual math but executing volumes and percentages. It takes time and experience. Trying to hit .9% is going to leave precious little room for error.
