Lower abs pretty much non existent

I remember when I was skinny I used to seem them without flexing. Ever since I bulked to 185 they left (my Lower abs). I can sometimes see them barely. Do you think I just can't grow lower abs or there's just too much fat down there? Does anyone have advice on this? Maybe my genetics just suck.

Right now I'm 5,8 172 pounds.

First off, you're in great shape for 172lbs, I'm around 180 atm but your look a lot heavier.

Kinda a weird one, you seen lean enough to have visible lower abs, but I wouldn't know since I've not seen my abs since about 10 years ago lol so I'm no help to you here sorry.

I appreciate the compliment. Yeah this blows. I mean I recently just started training them harder. I'm on my 3rd weeks of tren and test. Hopefully this helps out? Idk. I eat fairly clean, don't drink live a healthy lifestyle. I don't do cardio though.

The Tren alone isn't going to help, obviously it comes down to diet and yes, more cardio. Gonna leave this one for a more experienced member as I don't have the knowledge to provide you with tips.
Good luck

Everyone is different as to where their body holds on to that last bit of fat. My body takes fat off everywhere fast, but my lower back is a stubborn area. I've had ripped up veiny lowers abs, but I've never had that Christmas tree in my back.

Looks like your body is holding on to that last bit of fat in your lower abs.
Change up your training and start weighing and measuring your food.
Up the intensity. Cut down your rest periods and lower carbs maybe.

Reverse crunches helped bring out my abs a ton, especially in the lower abs. Abs primary movement is spinal flexion. Leg raises work mostly hip flexors and have little if any spinal flexion ( you feel it in your abs due to their being an isometric contraction but, isometric contraction are inferior for hypertrophy) and traditional crunches don't give maximum flexion. I typically do them on the cable machine or with a band anchored to something. Just attach it to your ankles, keep your knees bent and feet close as possible to your butt and pretend your a rollypolly and "roll" up. Also lying on a slight incline seems to allow better movement, at least for me. Others I've helped prefer to do it lying flat.

If you've seen your lower abs beforehand while holding similar bodyfat the difference now is probably just water retention.
