Hey Meso,

I'm 22 years old, 180cm, 92kg, 15%bf and have been working out for 3 years consistently. I started because I grew up fat and at 18 I decided to make a change. I fell in love with the gym and putting on muscle which led me into the bodybuilding rabbit hole. I since decided that this is the lifestyle I want to pursue no matter the cost and so, about 8 months ago, I started using PED's.

The first 2 months I was using just Reta to get as lean as possible in order to have a solid rebound once I start using. I then used RAD140 alongside HCG (would've preferred straight Test but its all I could get, long story). Went from 72kg 12%bf to about 85kg 16% bf in a matter of 2.5 months. Bloodwork at that point was great which led me to take no time off and I jumped straight into a proper cycle: 400 test, 400eq, 4iu gh + reta. This was 4 months ago and I have finally gone on cruise this week for the sole reason that I got too fat for comfort (18%+) even though the bloodwork I did this week is once again spotless.

I plan on blasting and cruising for the entirety of my 20's or at least until I want to have kids (if). My goal for the next few years is to reach 250's at which point I will be aiming for a pro card in either men's physique or men's bodybuilding if I put on enough mass (god willing).

I am joining this forum because I will undoubtedly be in dire need of gear, peptides and ancillaries for at least the following decade so I think its better to start studying the scene early-on rather than later.

What are you basing your body fat percentages on? What level of vascularity were you seeing at "12" %? And what vascularity were you seeing at 18%?

bloodwork I did this week is once again spotless.
what panels do you get done when you do bloodwork?

what was your natty igf? HGH at 22 is not usually the move to make. You could be shutting down your natural production only to supplement with less than you were making naturally. What is your igf and z-score now?

pro card in either men's physique or men's bodybuilding
This is like saying I either want to race toy boats or formula 1 cars.

cars.
I estimated body fat off visuals, at 12% i had ab, lat and chest veins, at 18% my ab outlines were barely visible. The body scan machine at my gym said I was 9% when I was closer to 12% but thats bullshit for sure.

I do the general health panels, it’s got everything you can think of except like cystatin-C and IGF-1. Everything is spotless: LDL, HDL, HBa1c, fasting glucose, RBC, estrogen, GGT, alt, ast, etc.

I did not get my IGF or score tested. Reason is bloodwork is not doable on demand where I am from. I had to pull some strings just to get my normal bloodwork done once every 3 months and even that was a pain in the ass so IGF is nearly impossible to obtain. Anyway I will go up to 6iu’s in a couple months when I start my second cycle (600T 600EQ, 50-200 Tren, 50mg Anadrol PWO, 6IU GH.

This is like saying I either want to race toy boats or formula 1 cars.

The way I see it (please correct me if i’m wrong) what sets apart the categories is just a mass difference so if i keep putting on mass easily like I have until now, i got no problem with not competing until I’m big enough to do open.

Thanks for the questions brother I genuinely appreciate the interest. <3

The body scan machine at my gym
There is no reason to even use these. They are essentially a galvanic response meter.

I do the general health panels
You aren't general population. You are a steroid user. You have to do more than a general health panel.

This is a list that another member made to compare lab pricing. It's a good start.

Everything is spotless: LDL, HDL

Define spotless? In range for general population? Or healthy enough for steroid use. What were you actual ldl and hdl numbers

I did not get my IGF or score tested
Anyway I will go up to 6iu’s

You are using HGH at 22 without bloodwork and plan to increase your dose?

start my second cycle

50-200 Tren
50mg Anadrol PWO

...........second cycle..... come on dude. Find your brain and use it

The way I see it (please correct me if i’m wrong) what sets apart the categories is just a mass difference

This is like saying the only difference between a toy boat and a formula 1 car is the size of the engine

What is your blood pressure when you check it every morning

Private bloodwork is not available where I live without a doctor’s request so I genuinely don’t know how I could get any niche tests like cystatin C or IGF.

Everything is within the range for the general population.

Both LDL and HDL are 1.87 nmol/L.

I got pretty much no side effects from my first cycle: pristine hair, barely more acne than when i was natural, great sleep (except first 2 weeks from CNS stimulus), blood pressure constantly 128 or under, once reached 130’s for a few days then came back down.

I use telmisartan, NAC, omega 3’s , reta, hcg and overall just have a very healthy diet. I check my blood pressure a couple times a week first thing in the morning.

As I said, I responded very well to my first cycle so I just want to see where is the upper limit of what I can tolerate for a cycle and go from there. I always add one compound at a time and assess my response so I always know what causes what. I appreciate the concern of course.

Ohhhhh

Your goal is playing with drugs, not following a solid plan for hypertrophy.

Gotcha

Come back when you are ready to see what the upper limit of your training is instead of finding out how many drugs you can tolerate at 22 years old.

I am already at the upper limit of training, and that’s mainly why I want to push the compounds.

I train 6 days a week, minimum 12 sets per muscle per week all to failure. I do not leave the gym as long as my muscles can keep going so I think I am covered on that front.

Also I know for a fact that my technique is very good, as I made sure to compare my execution with John Jewett’s J3U videos. I dont do any sloppy movements or take any training session lightly sooo i dont know much i could realistically improve my training without tapping into diminishing returns.

Only thing I can think of adding for next cycle is Intra workout carbs.

Dude

Training maturity is not measured by comparing against youtube videos

The things you say make you sound like you are an absolute beginner

Just because you have been going to the gym and lifting weights does not mean you have actually progressed beyond a beginner level.

It's ok to be a beginner

But call it what it is

You thought you should add steroids before adding an intra-workout :D:D:D

You are too ignorant to realize what you don't know

Alright you’ve convinced me… I’l drop the Anadrol next cycle. /s

To be fair I think you’re mostly right. I pulled the trigger before optimizing everything I could first. I still believe that my training is good but it sure isn’t perfect. I’l take your advice and take the time during this cruise to improve everything I can about my trining and periodization before starting my next cycle.

Thanks for the harsh truth.
