I can eat anytime of the day while i'm working and i need to get my diet together, what are some things i can pack for my 2-3 lunches? I will only eat fish 2X/week,but i would just rather take the flax seed caps for omega 3,so tuna won't be an option. The only thing i can ever think of getting for lunch while in the supermarket is roastbeef coldcuts but i can't eat that too much or i get sick of it. I like variety in my diet. maybe i should check the diet section. I'm not looking for much from this cycle, just 30lbs of solid muscle :)

Fat free canned chicken, COld cuts, yogurt, peanuts, almonds, cottage cheese, at sams club they have already cooked microwaveable teriaki chicken, ummm ill try to think of more.

Just cook up a lot of chicken breasts along with some brocolli and rice (if you want carbs)-- finihs off with a pice of fruit. You can actually make many of these small meals and put them in Zip Lock containers. I think those processed meats (cold cuts) are all crap because of the gelatin and salt. Actually, unless you better look at all those packaged meats-- most are soaked in some sort of brine.

Cottage cheese and fruit? Cook an entire turkey and peel it off into manageable chunks-- makes many great unprocessed sandwhiches or wraps (and if the turkey is large enough, it should last a long time).

Good advice above. I also will george foreman a bunch of turkey or hamburgers at once and keep them in the fridge, same with spaghetti or burritos. COok a ton at once and have enough for the whole week. I enjoy peanuts and raisins as well. Kinda depends on what type of diet you are looking at also.

I'm going to eat as clean as i can. I was never really one for sugar but the last few months i've been treating myself to some icecream and icepops. I will still have them sometimes but i will focus on vegetables and chicken the most. I think i will do that and bag up a few meals for work. I have just about every size sandwich bag they have. OK now for my cycle in another post
