I can eat anytime of the day while i'm working and i need to get my diet together,what are some things i can pack for my 2-3 lunches? I will only eat fish 2X/week,but i would just rather take the flax seed caps for omega 3,so tuna won't be an option. The only thing i can ever think of getting for lunch while in the supermarket is roastbeef coldcuts but i can't eat that too much or i get sick of it. I like variety in my diet. maybe i should check the diet section. I'm not looking for much from this cycle,just 30lbs of solid muscle
