As you probably know, watch out for the soft sell scam... You know, the "ugl" that hangs out in the new member thread and offers people "help" like a lil bitch.... The same ones with a tasteless self promo in their name and status... and most likely the same ones that would secretly sell on here via PM, without abiding by the SCoC (source code of conduct)...

We gotta have a thread where you guys can
be comfortable, saying these names, without feeling threatened ..

Instead of saying things like:
Don't buy from the source with the letter B and C in their name ..

Yes we do! Most are easy to pick out especially white wolf his new member thread he started was very suspicious.

But thanks again to everyone you've all have been awesome and pretty good to me. Also my chest day was a success! Was able to lift heavier for the first time in months without shoulder pain and now it's time for some much needed sleep since I've been up the past 48 hours..
